Returns and refunds

Return window

You have 7 days from delivery to return most items for a full refund. Certain items (fresh food, hygiene products, custom-made items) are non-returnable.

How to return

• Go to My orders in your account
• Choose the order and item to return
• Print the return label and hand your parcel to our courier
• Refund appears in your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days

Free returns

Return shipping is free on defective, damaged, or wrong items. For change-of-mind returns, a 25,000 SYP pick-up fee applies.

Damaged items

If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
